Customer Quality Engineer

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for tracing and drive on customer quality problem solving progress

2.Coordinate the disposition and return of all defective products

3.Lead and conduct the solution for warranty parts and/or complain from after-market; 

5.Responsible for PPAP preparation and submit it to customer

6.Coordination of customer oriented approach & communication (Customer Window Person)

7. Quality contract review and negotiation involvement with customer

8. Coordinate Training/Meeting/Audit customer requested

9. Record the customer claim in SAP and send tasks to reponsible person

10. Make processes measurable, report in customer satisfaction, claims, warranty, facilitate improvement activities and gap closure,Data analysis and reporting

11.Other tasks from superivior

Education & Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree or higher; major in Electronic, Mechanical or related major

Professional Experience Required :

1. 3 years of related experience

2. Automotive industry experience is a must
